From sunset through first light, live DJs soundtrack an immersive gathering of costumes, community, and beautiful late-night chaos.Come dressed to haunt, enchant, seduce, bewilder, or simply dance until dawn. Before the doors open and the music begins, a crew of dedicated ghouls transforms a seaside mansion into a night of sound, atmosphere, and beautifully strange celebration.If you would like to help create the experience we would love to hear from you.Volunteer roles may include production support, setup, décor, guest experience, hospitality, and late-night operations.Volunteers may receive reduced-price or complimentary admission depending on role and participation.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or non-consensual conduct will not be tolerated.Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants without refund for behavior that compromises guest safety, comfort, or the event atmosphere.AttireThis is a Summerween mansion costume party. Costumes, gothic aesthetics, formalwear, dark glamour, creative expression, and themed attire are strongly encouraged.Guests must remain appropriately dressed in parking, arrival, and common areas.Admission & Re-EntryValid admission and government-issued identification are required.This is a 21+ event.No re-entry. Please arrive prepared for the evening.Venue RespectThis event takes place within a historic Victorian seaside estate.Guests must treat the venue, furnishings, artwork, grounds, and surrounding areas with care and respect. Do not mark, damage, move, remove, climb upon, or misuse property or architectural elements.Any guest responsible for damage may be removed from the event and held financially responsible.Sound & ProductionNo unauthorized amplified sound, performances, DJ equipment, lighting installations, or production equipment may be used without organizer approval.Smoking & Substance UseSmoking, vaping, and similar activities are permitted only in designated areas.Guests are responsible for their own conduct and consumption. Release of Liability & Waiver

This Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in favor of From Dusk Till Dawn staff, the property owners, event organizers, operators, volunteers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated personnel (collectively, the "Releasees").Assumption of RiskParticipant acknowledges that attendance at From Dusk Till Dawn involves known and unforeseen risks, including but not limited to:crowds, dancing, music, lighting effects, alcohol consumption, costumes, historic structures, stairs, uneven surfaces, outdoor conditions, weather, physical activity, guest interactions, and other inherent event-related hazards.Participant voluntarily chooses to attend and fully assumes all risks associated with participation in, presence at, travel to, travel from, and activities related to the event.Release & WaiverParticipant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, knowingly and voluntarily releases, waives, and discharges the Releasees from any claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to attendance at, participation in, or departure from From Dusk Till Dawn.IndemnificationParticipant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or reasonable attorneys' fees arising from Participant's conduct, negligence, property damage, violations of event rules, or participation in the event.Medical ResponsibilityParticipant accepts full responsibility for their own medical care, medications, insurance, transportation, personal property, and wellbeing during and after the event.Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.AcknowledgmentBy purchasing a ticket, registering, volunteering, signing below, or attending the event, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms.
